- The vacancies will be accepted in order of inscription.

- The inscription will be confirmed once we have received 100% of the payment and the completed inscription form.

- Once we receive the payment voucher and the inscription form, the organization will contact you to confirm your assistance.

- One month before the beginning of the Camp, the organization will send you information regarding:

• Calling hours and contact telephone numbers
• Agenda, School and sports material
• Uniforms and laundry
• Dress Code and personal expenses
• Insurance , Medicines and diets
• Excursions and transfers
